9 Forgetting to smile

This is one physical gesture many people forget to do especially when it involves a formal situation. Smiling is a great way to reveal that you are brimming with confidence and are a genuine and open person. It can make others respond positively and smile back and feel more positive and good about you. But, you should never fake your smiles because that would come across as insensitive and hypocritical making you seem an insincere person.
