Ever tried this, it’s the most common way that people will think up first but it isn’t the best way neither is it convenient. Science explains that if the carton is full and we pour from the top, the juice won’t cover the entire opening and there is a balance of air pressure in the surrounding atmosphere resulting in a smooth flow of the juice because of gravity but when you tilt the carton at an upwards angle, the juice covers the entire opening creating a conflicting action between air pressure and atmosphere causing the juice to flow back in which is why the juice doesn’t flow uniformly.
