7The Meg

Well, this joint American-Chinese production has kept its plot closely guarded unless we hazard our guess that it’s based on a 1997 novel of deep terror and Meg actually is short for Megalodon, which is a giant prehistoric shark. The international cast of the movie will obviously portray a deep sea research team that comes too close for comfort with this terrifying creature and then their submersible craft is disabled!!!
Jason Statham heads this crew as a navy captain and deep sea diver with Rainn Wilson and Ruby rose of orange is the new black fame. As an excellent supporting cast. Li Bingbing is the Chinese leader who has more screen space here than her last Hollywood ventures like Resident Evil and Transformers. This shark story is waiting with a punch or shall we say a bite on 10th August 2018.
