  1. Preheat the oven at 190 degrees C and cook your bacon in a skillet until they turn brown. Drain the fat liquid, crumble it and keep aside.
  2. Take a large bowl and add sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly and then add coffee, buttermilk, oil and eggs. Stir the entire mixture until they are perfectly blended.
