1 How to save an oversalted soup

A classic mistake is to add extra salt in soup all because during the initial phase, soup won’t give oyu the taste of salt in it. Dip a piece of cheesecloth filled with a small amount of grain into the pot and boil the soup. The cheesecloth absorbs the excess salt. Another way is to dip a tablespoon with a sugar cube into the soup pan. When the sugar starts to melt, remove the spoon and repeat the procedure with another cube.
