There was a time Cameron Diaz literally rocked Hollywood with some awesome performances. She was highly anticipated girl in Hollywood and she totally deserved it. She had all the features that a boy would fall for. She was tall, blonde and was having a big blue eye. She was an international star and was known all across the globe. She had all the essential qualities to be leading lady on the big screen. She was also damn hot and yet down to earth personality. As far acting is concerned, she was also great at it and played many memorable roles. All in all, it won’t be an exaggeration to say that Cameron Diaz was perfect Hollywood leading lady. She shined big on screen with back to back hits in There’s Something About Mary, Vanilla Sky, and Charlie’s Angels.

It is now intriguing that why Cameron Diaz disappeared from the big screen. Hollywood has suddenly stopped casting her. She was the one who was having A-list recognition and despite that she is not having a hit in many years. 2She paid her dues

As per Cameron Diaz, her success didn’t come easily. She spent several hard years as a model before getting into Hollywood. Cameron said, “All of the sudden people say, ‘She’s got boobs and legs and blonde hair. Let’s talk to her!’ I’ve been paying dues for years in modeling. Not only that, it took a month and a half of Chuck Russell, The Mask‘s director, and Jim Carrey trying to get New Line to say OK on me. I didn’t sleep; I had an ulcer. If she would not have featured in few animated movies, he career would have been finished by now.
