We all are born with quite a lot of freedom. We can do almost anything we want and there are not that many restrictions on us. This one makes sense as now Meghan being a member of the royal family is the Duchess of Sussex. This gives her power and her signature is very important. An autograph to a child or loyal fan is harmless and nothing to think about. But that same autograph in the wrong hands can be dangerous for her and her family.
