Just because they can’t deal with brutal sunburns doesn’t mean that you can skip out on sunscreens. If you’re going out for the day, you have to carry a small sunscreen bottle with you. Applying sunscreen before going out is not enough. If you’re exposing your skin to the sun you must be careful about applying sunscreen at least every two hours.

One might even say ripped denims and sun are the worst things to have co-existed. The worst part of the situation is that you don’t even realise how deep you are being burnt, until a few hours later. If you wear ripped denims and step out and you notice the burns immediately, there’s a good chance you might go and change. But most of the sunburns aren’t all that noticeable until after you’re out of the sun.

The one factor which affects these ripped sunburns are the timing. If you wear ripped denims out in the sun for about 40 minutes to 1 hour, your sunburns won’t be that long-lasting, and will, in fact, heal itself. But if you stay out for several hours, you have to, under any circumstances take the sunscreen with you. This person was out in ripped denims for 11 hours and look what she had to go through.

Not all sunburns are harsh but that doesn’t mean they aren’t noticeable. For instance, this person wore ripped denims on a Mayday, when the sun is relatively milder and still managed to get sunburns. Luckily, they are not as bad as most of the others.
