This has made him cut down to the point that he has now decided to officially quit smoking which is a good thing. He will be setting a good example of he does so.
In the US alone, smoking is the leading cause of preventable death and disease where more than 480,000 people die from tobacco-related deaths every year. The figure above includes those who are afflicted with passive smoke. This means that your smoke kills you and is most probably killing someone else too.

When it comes to tobacco, there is no exception for royalty. Many royals have been addicted to smoking tobacco. The man blamed for introducing tobacco to Tudor England was Sir Walter Raleigh in 1586 when he bought it from Virginia but it was James the I who was a strong advocator against it.
Harry, of course, is no exception too who has caught the smoking bug for some time now. Hopefully, with Meghan breathing down his back, he will quit the habit entirely and won’t even be seen sneaking behind Buckingham Palace to steal a puff.
