7 George Clooney kidnapped in Sudan

When Clooney was filming a documentary in Darfur the capital of war ravaged Sudan in 2007, his crew was stopped by a ten-year-old wielding an AK 47. Soon other weapon toting youngsters joined and one of them even pointed a gun at Clooney’s head. The gang after robbing items from the vehicle attempted to kidnap the team but decided against it after being satisfied with their booty from the truck carrying Clooney and his team.

6 Jessica Alba, fantasy or kidnapped?

While filming on the sets of Flipper, Jessica Alba started receiving strange calls which she dismissed as a prank. But then she was kidnapped from the sets and went missing for 14 hours. She was ultimately found bound and gagged in the trunk of a car. What was bizarre was the fact that the case was dismissed as Alba couldn’t provide any information and it was regarded as Alba acting out a fantasy.

Jazz singer, composer, pianist and guitarist Fats Waller was once kidnapped in 1926 b y Al Capone’s gangsters just after he had finished performing in a hotel. He was taken to salon and made to play. While he played, he looked around and who should he see but none other than Capone who was appreciating his music. He was even freed after a few days and paid a few thousand dollars for his ordeal. The first time someone actually got paid by the kidnappers.
