She has admitted that she is a very hands-on mother and loves taking care of her babies herself, rather than assigning a nanny to them.

Eva Mendes has been trying to set up her own lifestyle empire, much like Blake Lively and the Kardashians, but has not have had much success. Hollywood actresses who are lifestyle gurus have a very strong social media presence. Besides, Blake, Gwyneth Paltrow has a roaring wellness empire, in spite of not having a lot of films in her kitty. Eva has her own clothing line, and her own beauty brand called CIRCA. But the brand has failed to kick off and is not very popular. Eva’s intensely private life is of course, a reason for her failure to make it big as a lifestyle mogul.

12Her dislike of the limelight

Reports emerged during last Oscars, that Ryan Gosling was pretty miffed with Eva for not accompanying him for his big night, where he was nominated for the Best Actor Oscar. Since, Eva is not a fan of red carpets, nobody expected her there, but apparently, Ryan is a little too tired of not being able to go public with his relationship.
