Among celebrities who became homeless, Debbie Clark aka Storm was part of the popular show “the American Gladiators” where contestants were made to compete with athletes in a variety of games. Clark performed as one of the gladiators till an injury ruined her career. She began working as a personal trainer and even performed as a country singer. Clark was also a victim of domestic violence and soon began living with her 10-year-old son Crayton on the streets of New York till she was found by Embrace CEO Sean Sheppard in 2011 who took Mother and son to live with him as roommates.

He is the older brother of actor Dennis Quaid and has starred in several films noteworthy of which was Independence day as the maverick crop duster pilot. But over the years, he has been in a spate of trouble with the law. Both his wife and he were arrested for not paying a hotel bill amounting to $ 10,000 and it seemed that they were homeless. The couple was caught living in a guest house that belonged to property that they themselves once owned. Randy Quaid is one of the saddest and strangest stories of decline in Hollywood. He is reported to have escaped the law and is living somewhere with his wife in Canada.

She was arrested for drunk driving and was also evicted from her apartment for not paying her rent and disturbing the peace. She ended up homeless as reported by the New York Post and was found under a fake name lying in a hospital bed infected with Hepatitis C. Tara has got a new lease of life as part of the Netflix show “Orange is the New Black” and was even nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series. Good for her.

You may have seen this American Idol semifinalist who is now homeless and living out of a car in LA. Lambert lived in Texas but moved to New York in hopes to make it big as a singer. After the show, he became a homeless struggling musician a fact which he himself tweeted stating he would sleep behind buildings. Lambert never gave up his dream to be a musician and has had marginal success as a songwriter in the recent past.

Iran Barkley also known as “The Blade” made a fortune from boxing to the tune of $ 5 million but ultimately fell on hard times after retirement. He was broke and without a job and evicted out of his Bronx apartment in 2010. He was assisted by Bronx NGO and the Ring 10 boxing charity to find housing and become self-supportive.
