Billy, the pygmy hippo’s journey started when he was found as a baby by Harvey Firestone, who was a millionaire mogul at that time. Billy was found in the plains of Liberia and he looked very cute, so Harvey decided to bring him home. In a short span of time, Billy grew to be almost 600 lbs and feeding him was getting a bit too expensive even for a millionaire.
