The doctors had already informed Combs about the condition of her twins. But she wasn’t bothered or disheartened by the news. Instead, she was filled with joy and gratitude each time the doctors told her they were still alive. It was a blessing for Combs to hear that they were fine and on their way at every prenatal checkup.
The twins were born six weeks earlier than expected, making them premature babies. The twins were kept at the Wolfson Children’s Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida, for two months.

They are exactly like everyone else, Combs declared. They have their own personalities and moos, and they laugh and cry just like normal babies would. Little Kennadi’s demeanor is a constant source of joy because she is always cheerful and happy. Combs describes her as a “ray of sunshine.” However, Mckenli is the complete opposite of her identical twin.
To put it simply, Combs thought of her as an outright diva. This is what Comb’s had to say about her daughters- “They have feelings, they have beating hearts, they know how to talk, they know how to do things you do, and they will get there. Like I say, it may be a step behind, but they’re going to do it.”

Who wouldn’t fall in love with these two adorable bubbly twins? They are nothing short of super cute, and people have started loving their appearance on TikTok. Combs started making TikTok videos of herself and the twins, making them famous in no time.

Why is that, you ask? Believe it or not, all Combs wants to do for the first time is to educate people about the condition known as Down Syndrome. People with Down syndrome, in her opinion, should not be treated any differently. Indeed, some people still disregard other people’s condition and say rude, hurtful, and negative comments.
