The Terri Ann 123 diet plan consists of 3 stages designed so that you don’t have to bother about a calorie count. The stages advise a variety of wholesome foods where the 1st stage last 10 day and the second and third stages last seven days each.

The 123 diet has proved successful for those without recourse or the willingness to exercise and lose weight. However all said and done, exercise or physical activity is important. Although such diets make you lose weight, you aren’t developing your muscles. While protein is good for muscles, you also have to utilize them for them to remain strong and healthy.

The 123 diet allows you to join your own food and gives you the freedom to choose what you want. Of course, you may have to avoid unhealthy foods like sugary products, processed food and carbonated drinks as these are not healthy for anyone.
