Hold breath again
Exhale completely and suck your stomach inwards. This sounds weird but you need to do it.

The above exercises are a simplified version of the Hatha yoga exercise called Nauli kriya which massages the entire stomach and internal organs through isolation of abs on either side. It requires supervision for any beginner and loads of practice.
