Oatmeal is also a good source of insoluble and soluble fiber that promotes healthy digestion, weight loss and maintains blood glucose levels thereby preventing the risk of diabetes. Oats are also rich in vitamins and minerals such as manganese, selenium, magnesium, zinc and phosphorous which are good for the skeletal system, immunity, and your heart.
