If the reports are to be believed, he was molested when he was a child and it happened with her mother’s consent. He was also said to be suffering from bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder and psychosis. He executed his first murder at the age of 16.

Serhiy Tkach is known as a former Ukranian policer officer who had executed more than 100 murders in the past. He is also accused of suffocating girls aged between 8 and 18 years. It is also said that he performed sexual acts on their bodies before murdering them. He himself asked for death penalty when the crimes were proven.
