Don’t throw away bread that you feel may be going stale. You can use it t prepare a dish such as cheese-bread that will be a snack for the whole family. All you need to do is take bread, cheese, chopped onions, chopped garlic and ground pepper. Cut the bread as you see in the image. Don’t cut the bottom layer. Now spread the cheese and onion with the pepper in between the bread incisions. Wrap in foil and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. When it expands bake it an additional 10 minutes. You can even add your own seasoning.
