Sultan is 8 feet 1 inches tall. When both of them came in a single frame, the sight was so amazing. While Sultan looked no less than a skyscraper, Jyoti looked like she was just the size of his shoes.

Jyoti is suffering from a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia. This is a genetic problem which affects the growth of bones. This also causes short stature and unbelievably short limbs. Jyoti was called the shortest woman in the world in 2001 when she was only 18 years old. At the age of 18 years, she weighed only 11 pounds.
