Sam’s muscular build is barely recognizable in comparison to the 154 kg nineteen year old ten years earlier who appeared on the Chanel 10 series in 2008. He is now a firefighter in New South Wales and has also appeared in a calendar featuring Firefighters. Hers how he looks now and as you can see his transformation is incredible. Sam Rouen is one man who appreciated the fruits of his labor and has not allowed it to go to waste. He works hard at maintaining himself.

Sam is a regular feature in the New South Wales Firefighters Calendar where he flaunts his incredible figure. He is also engaged to girlfriend Daniella Schot who works as a flight attendant. The couple were engaged last year.

In spite of his magical transformation, Sam says he is still shy of posing and taking of his shirt. In an interview he said “I still don’t like taking my shirt off — even at the beach. I’m still extremely self-conscious… I just tried to keep in mind that it was for a good cause.
