1Indigestion and Ulcer Pain

There are quite a number of OTC antacids that contain bicarbonate. Baking soda effectively neutralizes acid buildup, thus relieving heartburn and indigestion. It’s also a great remedy for peptic ulcers too. Just half a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water every two to three hours will provide immediate relief form ulcer pain and cure your indigestion. However the limit is 7.5 teaspoonfuls for adults or 3 teaspoonfuls for those over 60.

2Natural Deodorant

Commercial deodorants are full of aluminum and parabens. Did you know baking soda can be used as a natural deodorant without fear of exposing your skin to harmful chemicals? Just make a paste of baking soda and water and apply it to your underarms. If you prefer a dry approach then just brush on same dry baking soda at frequent intervals.
