4Sit and sculpt

You are required on stand resting on the wall first. Then, you are required to lean your back on the wall. You should bend your knees and start moving up and down. The exercise is also shown in the picture below. You can do this exercise for about a minute before moving to next exercise.

5Legs up to the wall

In this step, you are first required to lie on the ground with your legs towards the wall. Then, you bend your knees and put your legs on the wall. You start moving your legs upwards on the wall and then back to the bent knees position. Keep on repeating the exercise for about a minute. The exercise is shown below in the picture.

6Climbs

You should begin this exercise by getting into push-up position with your legs on the wall. You should be hanging with help of your hands and legs on the wall. Then, start moving the left leg towards the chest. You should take back your left leg to the position it was in earlier. You should repeat this exercise with the right leg exactly the way it was done with the left leg. This exercise should be done for about a minute. The exercise is shown below in the picture.
