3 Meet the owners of the doll baby
Incidentally the doll belongs to 10 year old Janaih Rattray which she had left in sister Delesia’s Car. The car a Vauxhall Corsa was parked near the Russell’s Hall Hospital where the sisters were visiting their interned Mother. The 911 call was sent by passersby who presumed it to be a real baby and that are when Jason short responded.
