Here’s All The Crazy Money These Avengers Were Paid for Infinity War

Marvel Cinematic Universe's 19th film was undoubtedly its biggest. Not only does it have a stellar ensemble cast but it’s also the biggest crossover in Hollywood history and clearly the fanciest superhero production. Not only did the film garner rave reviews but completely stood up to its fandom's extreme expectations. Reports also emerged of Infinity War being the biggest film production ever with a budget of $1 billion.

The Infinity War director Joe Russo confirmed that $300 - 400 million were spent in paying the huge cast which included names like Robert Downey Junior, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Chris Pratt, Benedict Cumberbatch and more. From the looks of the film's collections it's easy to guess that the film will recover all of its budget. But in all seriousness, who got the biggest paycheck in Avengers: Infinity War?

1Captain America

Infinity War main man Captain America, played by Chris Evans had the most to do in the film. Not only did he have the most important task but he also had to lead the entire squad and face Thanos. As jobs go, he had the worst of both worlds.Though he survived at the end, he looked quite weary and the war of course took its toll. Chris reportedly got paid around $8 million for his role in the film. This might sound like a whopper but considering Captain America's popularity, it's child's pay.

2Chris Hemsworth

Chris Hemsworth who plays the beloved God of Thunder Thor in Infinity War received something around $ 12 million. Thor has been with the MCU for years now and has churned out three successful solo outings besides his Avenger stint. And rightly enough Chris Hemsworth is one of the highest paid Avenger.

3Chadwick Boseman

He is one of the most interesting Avengers and yet Chadwick only has had one solo outing with the MCU. His Black Panther earned the franchise a billion dollars but Chadwick still isn't as big a name as Chris Evans or Robert Downey Junior. So reports suggest that Chadwick only got around $2 or 3 million for Infinity War. But his rates night just go up as his fandom broadens and he makes a comeback.

4Black Panther 2

Chadwick is coming back for Black Panther 2 soon which means he would also be back for Avengers 4, and considering his insane popularity, he might just hike up his salary a lot to give out dates to MCU movies.

5Mark Ruffalo

Ruffalo didn't have much to do in this one and his paycheck reflects it. Yes he can turn into a green rage monster any time but Infinity War doesn't really use his powers to the most. Ruffalo who is more of an indie success only scored $ 5 or 6 million for Infinity War.
