A couple years back a domestic violence case was filed against Sheron by his wife. He had reportedly physically assaulted her. Sheron's wife Rachael caused a stir when she took to her husband's company's page to post photos of her injuries caused by Sheron. Rachael had even gone to court and wanted justice.

During the case, 26-year-old Rachael also took to Facebook to talk about her miserable marriage. She lamented that her husband was great until he got angry and that she wasn't allowed to socialise or work or have her own identity. She also accused her husband of being unfaithful and lying to her on several occasions.

Sheron was eventually arrested for battery and a bail of $85,000 was placed on him. Sheron was also asked to move out of the family home, away from his wife and children and he was also asked never to contact her again.
