Jackie’s wife Joan stood by him throughout the scandal dismissing his indiscretions by stating that many men in the world have done the same thing as Chan and it was no reason to leave him. In her own words ““only committed a fault that many men in the world commit.”

6His son was also arrested for drug offenses

It seemed Chan isn’t lucky enough to have stability in his life because he hasn’t found it easy-going with his son Jaycee Chan either. Jaycee was arrested on a few occasions for drug offenses. Etta is now all of 19 and is speaking out a lot against Chan for not owning up to his responsibilities. Chan seems to have been caught on the wrong foot assuming she would keep away from the media glare because of his image. She has done the exactly opposite.

7A girl with many issues

Till now Etta has had a topsy-turvy life and even made headlines last year for reporting her mother to the cops in a case of domestic abuse. She has also proved self-destructive with an attempt on her own life because of tension in coping with her own partner preferences. It so turns out that Etta is gay which she revealed in one of her Instagram posts that said: “In case no one got the memo, I’m gay.”

8She revealed publically 

Etta’s public revelation of being gay naturally brought reporters flocking to Chan for a statement. Chan 64 simply brushed off the issue saying “if she likes it that’s fine” But that was hardly the start of Chan’s troubles with Etta which seems to have just begun.
