5 How to make a Garlic Flu Tonic

Wear gloves when preparing this or keep your hands away from your eyes.
- 5 garlic cloves (chopped)
- ½ yellow onion (chopped)
- 2 red chili peppers (chopped)
- 1 tbsp. Ginger (Chopped)
- 1 lemon juice extract
- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Method:
Take a 500 ml glass jar preferably a Mason jar. Now first put in the onions, then the garlic. Now put in the chili peppers and ginger. Add the lemon juice extract and the apple cider vinegar. There should be a 1 cm empty space between the mixture and lid. Screw the lid on tightly and store in a dark cold place. If you live in the tropics where it is hot, then you can even refrigerate the mixture. The tonic can be consumed from the next day as a great remedy against flu, coughs, colds and sore throat.
