3Ship Encountered a Glacier and Started Sinking

The ship scratched with a glacier side on. The ship was damaged and water started to slip into the ship. Now, the ship was in the danger of getting sunk. Emergency alarms were set in. As the incident happened during the night, most of the passengers were sleeping. But, they had to wake up to a nightmare. There were chaos and panic all over. People were trying their best to save their lives.

The fear in the eyes of people was quite visible. The ship continued to submerge in the freezing sea water. Both Jack and Rose tried their best to escape the ship. The ship authority had started moving lifeboats with passengers on it. There was huge uproar at the ship as people from the higher class of the ship were given priority in boarding the lifeboats.

4Rose Leaves Lifeboat as She Did Not Want to Leave Jack Behind

Rose’s family had arranged a place on the lifeboat but Rose was hesitant to go as she did not want to leave her love, Jack. Jack somehow persuaded Rose to board the lifeboat which she did on his insistence. But, as the lifeboat was getting down, Rose escaped the boat and entered the lower part of the ship. Seeing this, Jack rushed downstairs to meet Rose. They both met but Rose’s fiancé was having a gun and fired few shots at them. They escaped the place.

But, it was too late by now as the ship was about to sink into the sea. As the ship sank, they fell in the freezing water. Both Jack and Rose were now in the freezing water. They somehow found a wreck and both of them tried to step on to that. But, the wreck was not capable to handle two persons and it started to drown. Seeing this, Jack decided that he will go into the water and let Rose rest on it.

5Jack and Rose Found a Wreck in Freezing Water

Those moments were very emotional as Jack was freezing in the water. As the wait for rescue got longer, it became increasingly difficult for Jack to sustain the freezing water. He was freezing fast and Rose was heartbroken. She did not want to lose him. Finally, that dreadful moment arrived when Jack had to resign to fate. His grip on the wreck got weaker as the time progressed. And, he was drowned in the water.

Then, as the fate goes, Rose saw a rescue boat and blew the whistle to get their attention. Finally, Rose was rescued. She was taken to a nearby ship where other survivors were stationed. 

6Deleted Last Scene Showing Dejected Rose Emerged

The deleted scene that we are talking about is the last scene of the movie. It is one minute and thirty-eight seconds clip showing survivors being taken onboard the rescue ship Carpathia. It is seen that Rose is arriving on the last lifeboat that rescued her from the freezing water. She was draped in a blanket and still, she was shivering with cold. Her face had that devastated pain of losing Jack.

The camera is also showing her mother who was frantically searching for her daughter Rose. The other survivors are also shown in the scene. They were also devastated by the loss of their loved ones. The sad background track in the scene will again take you back to that dreadful tragedy all over again.
