Preparation:

  • Chocolate or cocoa powder (Non Sugar)
  • 1/2 liter of skimmed milk
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1/4 cup of amaranth
  • 1/2 tablespoon of coffee
  • Honey according to your taste
  • 1Banana (optional)

Blend all the ingredients together and consume before workouts or as a great way to start the day.
