The sketch initially helped Police to narrow down the search. The suspect who was identified as Hung Phoc Nguyen was a 44 years old thief. Nguyen was charged with an accusation of impersonating an employee at the Central Market in Lancaster.

Nguyen was successful in taking cash away from a stand when the employee stationed there went for some other works. Nguyen fled from the Central Market in Lancaster with an unidentified amount of cash.
