Hand pain could mean that you aren’t able to connect with others the way you would like to. The hips are connected to the legs which are why this could also signify a fear of moving around forward in life. You may be lacking the self confidence to do so. Always remember that no one is successful at their first attempt. Unless you don’t get in the road, you can never reach a destination. So overcome your fear and take it one step at a time. Risks within limits are good for the learning process.
There is no need to rush things but take it slow and you will get there eventually. But think about this, you can’t climb a mountain standing at the foot and thinking about it, you have to take that first step so move out of your comfort zone and walk ahead. Only then will you know what life has in store for you.
