Your knuckles can be used to gently massage your neck’s lymph nodes to begin the lymphatic drainage process. Massage the area from the bottom up using a downward motion. Do not press any harder than what feels natural to you. Do this for twenty repetitions, and if everything goes well, you will gradually feel a little warm building up.

Start rolling a half-circle above each eye on your forehead using your knuckles and the skin between your knuckles and fingertips. Use the backs of your fingers instead of the tips to avoid scratching your skin. This will ensure that your nails don’t come into contact with your face. While half-circling from the center of your forehead, alternate between left and right and move outward. Repeat this step twenty times.

Begin rolling your knuckles again along the sides of your face and behind your ears, this time to the sides of your neck, using the same method as before. Lymph nodes in the face and neck will be released and drained due to this procedure. Repeat these steps twenty times for each side.

Place one knuckle on each side of the bridge of the nose and gently press down on the sides. Now focus on the top of the bridge and start with brief rolling movements to really work on that part. As you make circular motions, use only a small amount of pressure.
