4 Rubbing it along with olive oil on affected areas

Another way to use apple cider vinegar for joint pains is to mix it with olive oil. You can mix 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and rub it on the affected areas nicely.

Leave the mixture on the affected area overnight and wash it off in the morning..
