6Clear the air from toxins

Always keep your house squeaky clean as toxins enter your living spaces and poison the atmosphere and surfaces of your home. Toxic substances can easily enter through doors and windows. Install air purifiers and routinely dust and scrub your kitchen and bathrooms including your furniture. Beds, bedsheets, cushions, pillow covers and towels need to be washed and changed regularly. 7Drink green tea in the morning

Avoid increase of bad cholesterol by switching to green tea every morning. unfiltered coffee contains cafestol, a diterpenoid molecule that increases the bad cholesterol or HDL in our arteries. Now the thing is you don’t have to give up coffee altogether. The coffee that you drink is most probably instant coffee which is of course derived from 100% coffee. Instant coffee does contain levels of cafestol and Kahweol that can raise cholesterol but drinking in moderation to the tune of one to two cups per day won’t harm you as long as you are active.

But!! On the other hand, green tea should be added to your daily consumption of brews as it is packed with antioxidants, improves heart health, detoxifies you and reduces cholesterol. So avoid too much coffee and switch to green tea instead. Dandelion tea is also a good detoxification drink.

8Fasting

Try fasting from time to time. Most of us binge on unhealthy processed food items and refined sugars which causes all sorts of health havoc in our bodies. We must try fasting once a week which will naturally cleanse your body condition it for healthier eating by reducing appetite. Do not fast without consulting your doctor.

9A sauna or exercise

Sweating is our body’s external way of removing toxins from our system. The more you sweat the cleaner your system gets. Take your doctor’s advice and visits a sauna, better still start heavy cardio exercises which would make you sweat you a lot and fast.
