There are very few things that feel as good as wearing a freshly dried shirt straight out of the dryer. The warm and cozy feeling of wearing a freshly dried shirt can’t be compared to anything else in this world. But washing and drying clothes pose problems of their own, especially in the drying phase. Mostly you are struggling with separating clothes from one another and that is a frustrating thing to do. But with this handy and nifty trick, you can say good bye to clothes sticking with one another.

1 Static in clothes during washing

You must know about static electricity. The electricity that builds up in clothes when they rub against each other or surface in the machine causes the static electricity to build up in clothes. Therefore the clothes cling to each other after the washing and drying cycle is over. It sometimes becomes difficult to separate the clothes from each other and then sometimes they also give a neat little shock when you take them out of the dryer. Imagine walking into your office and people laughing at you throughout the day. At the end of the day someone mercifully tells you that there has been a pair of panties sticking to the back of your pant legs without you knowing anything about it. Such things happen when static electricity builds up in clothes. Click on the next slide to know how to get rid of this problem.

2 This awesome trick to remove static

Usually people tend to use dryer sheets while drying the clothes in the washing machine. These sheets soak up the extra moisture and keep the clothes from building up static electricity and clinging to each other. However being made of paper, they tend to leave lots of leftover on the clothes. Those leftovers are very hard to get off. But we have a trick for you that will solve this problem of yours. All you have to do is put some balls made from aluminum foil in the washing machine. All you have to do is take an aluminum foil and roll it into a ball of 2-3 cm in diameter and make 3-4 such balls and throw them in the dryer along with wet clothes and run the dryer. The aluminum will prevent static electricity to be formed and will keep the clothes separated. You can keep using same balls for this purpose until they suffer wear and tear.
