4Dairy products

There are several people who may be struggling with acne because of consuming to much dairy products. Cow’s milk contains hormones that can give you oily skin by increasing oil glands which in turn causes more acne. There is a lot of substandard produce that people are prone to buy because of marketing and promotional strategies. Such milk is derived from cows fed with poor GMO produce like moldy corn and soyabeans. The milk derived is damaged in various processes like skimming, evaporation and ultra pasteurization.

When you see something being promoted as natural, it almost isn’t the case and you should study the contents on the box to see what it’s made of.
