Fans have often said that the Olsen twins have consciously stayed away from Hollywood as they wanted to be taken seriously as designers. And that may have worked as they are still pretty famous among the A-listers. In fact, the Olsen twins are incredibly sought after and are still remembered for blazing through '90s fashion.

To be fair, Abigail is still seen in TV shows and has a music career too. But as a child star Abigail has been in some major movies. Her performance in Little Miss Sunshine won her an Oscar nomination but Abigail hasn't been able to hold on to her superstardom. She is a terrific actress and critics love her. Her stint in the show Scream Queens was well received but her portrayal of Baby in the reboot of Dirty Dancing was a dud.

Dylan and his twin brother Cole had a major breakthrough in The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. While Dylan pursued his education at New York University, Cole found stardom again with the show Riverdale. But interestingly Dylan is considered a pop culture icon and is a Twitter sensation. It's not that Dylan is not getting opportunities but he's just not hitting his stride.
