This exercise is helpful in getting your arms into shape. This is very much helpful in getting the perfect muscles on your arms. In this exercise, you can begin with an upright push-up position with your arms on the wall. This is just like a push-up. The only difference is that you are standing with your arms on the wall. Start moving towards the wall by bending your elbow and come back to the original position. You can repeat this exercise for about a minute before moving to the next exercise. This exercise is very helpful in burning your fats. In this exercise, you are first required to lie on the ground with your legs towards the wall. You are required to keep your one lifted completely towards the sky. The other leg should be kept on the wall with bent knees. After getting into this said position, you start lifting your butt off the ground. You can continuing doing this exercise for about a minute. The exercise is shown in the picture below.
