3These workouts consists of only five steps

You will be happy to know that these exercises consist of only five steps. You are suggested to perform these exercises thrice a week to get the body of your dreams. The results will start coming very soon after starting the exercises. These are very simply exercises which can be done whenever and wherever you want. However, no matter how simple these exercises are, you are required to warm up before the exercise. As well, you must not forget to do stretching after the exercises are finished.

Wall workouts:

4Sit and sculpt

You are required on stand resting on the wall first. Then, you are required to lean your back on the wall. You should bend your knees and start moving up and down. The exercise is also shown in the picture below. You can do this exercise for about a minute before moving to next exercise.

5Legs up to the wall

In this step, you are first required to lie on the ground with your legs towards the wall. Then, you bend your knees and put your legs on the wall. You start moving your legs upwards on the wall and then back to the bent knees position. Keep on repeating the exercise for about a minute. The exercise is shown below in the picture.

6Climbs

You should begin this exercise by getting into push-up position with your legs on the wall. You should be hanging with help of your hands and legs on the wall. Then, start moving the left leg towards the chest. You should take back your left leg to the position it was in earlier. You should repeat this exercise with the right leg exactly the way it was done with the left leg. This exercise should be done for about a minute. The exercise is shown below in the picture.

7Arm-flab fighters

This exercise is helpful in getting your arms into shape. This is very much helpful in getting the perfect muscles on your arms. In this exercise, you can begin with an upright push-up position with your arms on the wall. This is just like a push-up. The only difference is that you are standing with your arms on the wall. Start moving towards the wall by bending your elbow and come back to the original position. You can repeat this exercise for about a minute before moving to the next exercise. The exercise is shown below in the picture.

8Booty bridges

This exercise is very helpful in burning your fats. In this exercise, you are first required to lie on the ground with your legs towards the wall. You are required to keep your one lifted completely towards the sky. The other leg should be kept on the wall with bent knees. After getting into this said position, you start lifting your butt off the ground. You can continuing doing this exercise for about a minute. The exercise is shown in the picture below.
