Any wedding is dramatic but a Royal wedding is all the more so. In the history of British Royal weddings there have been a number of incidents which can be consisted erratic and also gave way to a lot of tension. From ill-fitted rings to missing bouquets Royal wedding through the years have seen a lot of drama.
With the approaching Royal wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, the world is right on the edge with anticipation. For starters there is already so much drama with Meghan's wedding what with her problematic past and her father staging paparazzi photos. People can't help but wonder what will go wrong with the event. Here's all the mistakes the Royal weddings have seen in the past.
Did you know Princess Diana had spilled perfume over her expensive and elaborate wedding dress? Perfumes are very hard to get out and Diana's beautician was obviously nervous. She asked the Royal to put her hand over the spill so that it will be covered up by the ruffles of her dress.

Prince Charles was of course never a good husband to Diana. In fact, during his wedding ceremony, he pulled something that was indicative of his future marital unhappiness. Did you know he even messed up his wedding vows during the ceremony? Instead of promising to give Diana his 'worldly goods' he said ‘thy goods’ which not only compromises the sanctity of the vows but also doesn't even make any sense.

Diana straight up called Charles by the wrong name during their nuptials. Instead of calling him by his real name Charles Philip Arthur George, she called him Philip Charles. You can imagine how that might have affected the Queen and Diana's in-laws.

If you take a look at any of Diana's pictures from her wedding you'll notice that her wedding gown was badly wrinkled. The thing is the gown had way too much fluff and would normally crinkle even if she moved. Fashion experts unanimously agree that the fabric she chose for her wedding was wrong.

Do you know a runaway horse scared everyone at Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding? A guardsman's horse got loose from his saddle and started running about which spoked everyone out. But nobody at the scene was hurt.

Kate Middleton was in quite a predicament during the ring exchange ceremony at her wedding. Turns out Kate's ring was resized so that it would be the perfect fit. But the ring came out too small and obviously wasn't tested on her previously. During the ceremony William had to work really hard to get it through to her ring finger.

Princess Nathalie of Denmark did a faux pas at her 2010 wedding. Nathalie forgot her bouquet when she walked into the church but luckily she remembered at the nick of time. She was able to find her bouquet right before she walked down the aisle.

We all know Antoinette was fond of her cakes and was fond of eating but did she get too fat to fit into her wedding gown? It would appear so, as she had a great difficulty fitting into her gown. History suggest that her seamstress had made a mistake in her calculations and got her measurements wrong, which is why Antoinette’s wedding dress had a very weird gap, which could not be closed.

If you thought Royals were snooty, wait till you hear what King Louis XVI of France did. Louis who was about to marry Marie Antoinette was in a very bad mood on his wedding day, and actually sent his brother as his stand-in. Now, we don’t know how it worked exactly or why Antoinette agreed to this but this has to be the weirdest miss ever. Louis apparently sulked his way through the ceremony, which was supposed to be his own wedding.
