Studies have proved how a second language could delay Alzheimer’s by strengthening the bran to remember another language. According to Alzheimer’s today “Constantly switching between two languages appears to make the brain work harder. That leads to structural changes in the brain, creating a “neural reserve” and rendering the bilingual brain more resilient against aging.”

WELL! That’s a bummer to know but also very curious as to why! Research studies found that serotonin levels dropped in the brains of people in love similar to the condition found in the brains of mental patients. The research studied the drastic behavior that people tend to display when in love such as anxiety and irrational thinking. However, it doesn’t mean that love is bad and is still one of the most important aspects of maintaining a long term relationship.
