Happy couples do not discuss work or about other nagging issues at bedtime as that could lead to tension before bedtime and disrupt a good night's sleep. Pillow talk connects couples closely.

Happy couples do not choose bedtime to argue about the day's happenings. They prefer to choose another time for this. They understand the importance of a good nights sleep and do all they can to make their partners comfortable. They have to get back to work the next morning with a positive attitude after all.

This may not be ideal as the body takes times to digest the alcohol and you may not wake up feeling rested and refreshed the next morning.
