15 Pressure Points to Relieve All the Annoying Aches and Pain All Over Your Body

By Andrew Alpin, 22 May 2018

Chinese acupuncture is an ancient system of healing based on pressure points of the body. Similar to massage therapy, Chinese traditional medicine treatises believe that the positive energy or chi of flows through pathways of our body known as meridians. When the meridians get blocked, it results in pain in that corresponding area of the body. It is the same as Chinese acupressure which is based on a similar system where massaging these pressure points can help de-stress the body, promote the flow of energy and even provide relief from pain. Here are 15 such pressure points that you can even use in daily life to get relief from aches and pain.
