From a scientific perspective, the second technique is sure to burn fat because science explains why. European scientists say that fat consists of oxygen hydrogen and carbon. Inhaling in oxygen causes the fat cells to break up into carbon and water. Thus inhaling more oxygen burns more fat. Elementary. Surprisingly though, the same protocols of such fat burning techniques are also followed and advocated by Yoga so it won’t hurt to try this at home because ideally it should work.
