The biggest 2000s teen show had the most whirlwind of all friendships. Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush from One Tree Hill, who played friends and lovers on the hit teen show One Tree Hill got off on a great start. They too fell in love and got married in 2005. But divorced only a few months later, and it is reported that Chad cheated on her.

Though both the actors made it big with the show, things between them were always icy and Sophia even said some pretty nasty things about Chad to the media.

Emily and Miley were iconic BFFs on the teen show Hannah Montana. But things went south, as Miley obviously got most of the attention from the show. The two stars also started acting pretty young and though they grew up in front of the camera together, they grew to dislike each other.
