The family then went on to record over a 100 video clips of the nurses hitting Younes, screaming at him, abusing him, lifting him from his wheelchair and throwing him violently onto the bed. Marko also revealed that ion one of the clips, one nurse praises Donald Trump for deporting immigrants and Arab Americans. The nurse can be hard saying “They come over here and just get everything. I'm just like Trump. I agree with him,' they come over here and set up shop. Look how they set up Dearborn and Dearborn Heights so fast. You would have never seen that in a homeland security state.'

The family have also accused the nurses of refusing to give the old man water and even removed his call button so he couldn’t call for help. The lawsuit stated that the accusations of the nurses that the old man was aggressive were false. They claimed so saying that Younes wanted to be kicked out of the facility. In December 2015, Younes was removed and taken to a local nursing home.

Autumnwood revealed that the employees whom they recognized in the video were sacked saying their nurses actions did not reflect the care of the facility which is provided to patients. A spokesman for the facility said 'When Autumnwood received this new information and video, another internal investigation was immediately launched, and the new information provided by the Younes' attorney, five months after the alleged incident, was turned over by Autumnwood to the state agency and law enforcement,'

According to Salim, the reason for doing this was to shed light on how nurses can treat elderly and what Autumnwood did to his father. ‘I’m here to tell the story to the media, because what happened to me and my dad and my family, what we've been through, is unbearable,' He says that he wanted to show people how Autumnwood was no good and he advises people not to put their family there.
