He was a crazy soldier who fought with only one eye. His name was Leo Major and he lost right eye due to phosphorous grenade during D-Day. He fought the World War II like a sniper. He believed that only eye is needed to shoot the gun and he was master at it.

This major was known for his exploits at the Battle of the Scheldt. Once Major was successful in getting hold of 93 Nazi prisoners. He was also offered Distinguished Conduct Medal for his bravado but he declined to receive it. The cause of his refusal to accept was that he believed that General who was presenting the award was incompetent.

Vasily Blokhin was a very effective soldier who was also known for his executions. He was the chief executioner for the Soviet Union’s NKVD. He was known for his wide-scale executions during World War II.

Simo Häyhä was a Finnish war hero who is known for his extraordinary achievements during the Winter War of 1939-1940. He was instrumental in wiping out the Soviet army. He was also given nickname of “Belaya Smert.”
