Born into a Cuban family, Cameron Diaz first entered the limelight as a cheerleader at Long Beach Poly High School. Fergie was a straight A student and a Spelling Bee champion. She was a cheerleader at Glen .A. Wilson High School and studied dance after leaving. Her early showbiz days saw her doing voiceovers and acting stints for various cartoon and TV shows.
