You have to organize a get together but you get different suggestions. While Joan an extrovert wants a wild party at Vegas, Bill the introvert suggests a quiet weekend in a log cabin near the lake. There’s a third personality type and that’s the ambivert much like Erica who wants a stay at home vacation. So! The question is where you figure in all of this. Have you ever wondered what your personality type is??
Statistics prove that there are more extroverts than introverts who are defined as a smaller group of people. According to the tests that you will see below, Introverts will pass easily without much difficulty because they find it easier to focus without getting bored or finding the task tedious. Look at the pictures carefully and then try to find the objects in them. This test for introverts and extroverts will reveal your type of personality

Among the tests for introverts, this too isn’t all that easy and it’s quite tedious trying to spot the candy among the fish.

If you found all the items easily without any botheration, then you are an introvert who possesses exceptional observation skills. You focus correctly and have the ability to spot tiny details. You prefer a quiet and solitude evening by yourself rather than attend a noisy party with friends. You are also a person who does not like revealing emotions to others.

If you got a bit bored of trying to look for the items and eventually lost patience, then you are most probably an extrovert. You are an emotional but highly active human being but you find it difficult to stay in one place. You love communicating and reaching out to people but also like attracting attention.

If you found the test difficult but still persisted till you passed all questions, then you belong to a unique type called ambiverts which is gaining more prominence in modern society. You are extremely talented. You also learn to adapt to multiple surroundings when you are required to do so. It is easy for you to communicate and you can just about talk to almost anyone.

According to the famous Swiss psychiatrist Carl C Jung, there isn’t such a thing as a pure introvert or pure extrovert because if there was, then that person would be in a lunatic asylum. The biggest difference between introverts and extroverts is how they stimulate themselves.
Extroverts recharge themselves by placing themselves in stimulating environments while introverts recharge themselves by spending time alone. They do this because of the need for a break from the stimulating environment of work and social life. But it is the ambivert which is the most surprising personality type slowly turning into a majority. Ambiverts recharge themselves through a combination of alone time and social interaction.

According to psychologist Hans Eysenck, introverts and extroverts possess different levels of arousal defined as “the extent to which our minds and bodies are alert and responsive to stimulation”.
Extroverts have decreased rates of arousal because they seek stimulation and excitement from their own surroundings and external factors. For introverts, it is exactly the opposite.

There are hundreds of personality tests for introverts or extroverts online and though they give us an idea of who we are, there are many who are yet to embrace their true selves. If you are an extrovert, you are told to be less obnoxious. If you are an introvert, you are perceived as anti-social and if you are an ambivert, people may feel you have a split personality. Learning about who you are through such tests provides you a better understanding of yourself.
This also provides you a chance to understand other personality types so that you can interact with others to improve your social life.

It is important to embrace yourself. If you are an introvert, there is no need to pressure yourself to be more extroverted but don’t also criticize extroverts for being annoying or too outgoing. If you are an extrovert, don’t allow others to stop you sharing your opinions although your actions may be construed as insecurity. Remember introverts need their own space and there is a timing to display your empathy
As for ambiverts, you are not abnormal. The majority of society may soon turn out ambivert. You possess both personality traits which makes you more flexible and stable than others.
Regardless of what personality type you are, every human being is special and you should regard yourself as such too.
